
Youth Challenge
On November 27, we held the 5 pin bowling tournament known as the Youth Challenge at Fairview Lanes in St. Catharines
The tournament consisted of young adults between the ages of 12-18
Of those participants, we ended up with a men’s team a ladies team and a mixed team
On the men’s team is Lucas Davidson from Fairview lanes, Kile Robins from Jeff’s Bowl-O-Rama in Welland, Matthew Robins from Kingsway Lanes also in Welland, Josh Robins from Jeff’s Bowl-O-Rama and a 10 pin bowler Matthew Leppert also from Jeff’s Bowl-O-Rama.
The ladies team consists of Katie Sodtka from Kingsway, Melina Driver, Kaitlyn Willick and Raven Ethier from Jeff’s Bowl-O-Rama as well as Payton Peters from Pla Mor lanes in Port Dalhousie.
The mixed team are all from Jeff’s Bowl-O-Rama. Autumn Muller, Megan Verbeek, Brad Maurice, Zachary Drennan and Aidan Iannandrea.
These young athletes will be bowling at Nebs in Oshawa on January 15, 2017 at the Provincials in hopes of travelling to the Nationals
