FREE - Mindfulness Meditation Drop In Session
Sessions are designed for those who have already been introduced to mindfulness meditation. In support of your mindfulness practice, AJHS offers meditation drop-in sessions. Each session will be structured around three elements: meditation practice, check in about your individual practice, and may include a brief talk on a theme related to our intention to lead a mindful life.
