Ecopainting Inc's Succesful Paint Giveaway Event!

Ecopainting held its first Paint Giveaway on March 4, 2017. The aim of organizing such an event was to give away unused cans of paint to the public and engage the GTA community.

Happy faces with free gallons of paint

On March 4, 2017, a beautiful Saturday morning, we began to welcome people at 1345 Morningside Avenue, Unit 20 (our office) to take away some free cans of branded paint. Over a couple of months, more than 24 gallons of paints from top companies such as Benjamin Moore and Dulux was left over. It was important for us to ensure that the paint was used rather than recycled.

The first group of people who walked in needed some light grays to paint basements. They also consulted our in-house expert painter on what colour to paint a kid’s bedroom. With two gallons of perfectly good paint, the happy faces left. They’d found our event listing on the web and also passed on the information to their friends and family! In the afternoon, we had some more families show up – some needed to paint a bathroom, others need advice on what exterior paint colours and so on. It was such a busy and fun Saturday morning for us!

The Ecopainting team had a great time chatting with the community and we were glad to see such a great participation from the community.
