Eclipse Track & Field Program is designed for those athletes who wish to "Train to Train or Train for Competition". We emphasize the development of correct sprinting biomechanics, running technique, speed endurance, conditioning, strategic & mental preparation and integrated cognitive and emotional development for competition at track and field meets. We offer the following disciplines: Sprints, Endurance Running, Hurdles, Jumps including Long Jump, Triple Jump and High Jump and Shot Put and Javelin. We have some of the best coaches in the Industry who are certified with Athletics Ontario/Athletics Canada.
