Join us for a free Community Exercise Program for seniors! Offered by Mobility Matters in partnership with Carefirst Seniors. Participants must be 65 years of age or older. Registration required.

This program includes four types of exercises:
1) Cardiovascular - improve your heart health and physical capacity
2) Strengthening - build muscle strength and preserve bone mass
3) Stretching - improve/maintain range of motion of body joints
4) Balance - help reduce fall risks due to poor balance

- Two sessions per week:
- Monday session: November 12, 19, 26, December 3, 10, 17
- Friday session: November 9, 23, 30, December 7, 14, 21
- **There is no session on Friday November 16**
- Participants may sign up for one session or both sessions
- Space is limited and registration is required
- Bring your Health Card to the first session
- Bring indoor shoes, water and a hand towel
- Wear comfortable clothing
