Canadian Olympic Ice Dancer Paul Poirier visits Hillcrest Mall

Richmond Hill – August 18, 2016: On August 13, Canadian Olympic Ice Dancer Paul Poirier joined Hillcrest shoppers in Richmond Hill for a celebration of Canadian pride. From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., fans, customers and curious visitors had the chance to get an autograph and meet with the four-time Canadian national medallist and 2010 Olympian.

Hillcrest’s Centre Court Olympic Lounge pop-up is open now through August 21 during mall hours. Customers will have the opportunity to sit and cheer on Canadian athletes, and interact with Olympic partners through digital, social, and live activations in the Olympic Lounge. A perfect occasion to celebrate Canadian pride before #Rio2016 ends!

Hillcrest’s $125-million renovation is currently underway with retailers such as Sporting Life, H&M, Sephora, DAVIDsTEA, Sunglass Hut, Chatime and Aritzia announced to join this fall.
