Discover why getting out into nature matters for you and your family. Connect with experts. Get inspired. This symposium is about you. It includes a special keynote talk about “nature deficit disorder” on Tues., Nov. 8 at 7 pm by Richard Louv, author of several books, including Last Child in the Woods and Vitamin N. On Wed., Nov. 9, participate in a full day that includes panel discussions on urban life and on the health impacts of nature, hands-on educational and art activities, a makerspace, and the chance to engage with community leaders. Lunch is included. Register for both Nov. 8 and 9 events and enjoy a combo price. You can also register for just the Nov. 8 keynote or the Nov. 9 symposium.
