Arts & Crafts
On Saturday, October 29/16 Scottlea Presbyterian Church in St. Catharines, Ontario held an Arts & Crafts event. There were 35 vendors with a variety of wares. Art included oil, acrylic, water colour and ink in large and card size format. Crafts were represented with sewing, quilting, embroidery and knitting. There were Christmas crafts, wood carvings, jewelry, wrought iron and a wide variety of other crafts. Baked goods were available at several sites of the church. The church women sold sandwiches and slices of homemade pies as well as tea, coffee and hot cider. It was a festive occasion, although we could have accommodated larger crowds. Hope to see more next year.

Upcoming Event!
Annual Christmas Cookies & Bake Sale will be held on Saturday, December 17/16 from 11am-1pm. Fill a box from a large selection of homemade cookies and squares; Christmas cakes, pies and other specialties will also be sold. There is a lunch of soup, sandwiches and dessert available. PS: The cookie table usually sells out in one hour.
