A mat based, Pilates inspired class designed to increase your posture awareness, learn to use breath to aid movement, increase muscle tone, and strengthen your core. Suitable for all levels of fitness. This class is once per week on Thursdays.
The cost is $30 for 10 weeks, or $3 per class. If cost is a concern please speak with us as we do not want the cost to be the reason that you are unable to participate.
