Escape to a lush green paradise in Canada at the butterfly conservatory in the Niagara Parks Botanical Garden. With over 2,000 butterflies and 45 species, the 11,000 square feet rainforest greenhouse is worlds away. Following a 180 metre pathway, visitors can see the hungry caterpillar's transformation in the emergence room before entering a colourful wonderland of tropical plants and fluttering kaleidoscope wings.
Visitors who want butterflies to interact with them are encouraged to wear brightly coloured clothing, perfume/ cologne and to move slowly through the conservatory.
