
The Niagara Region
Niagara Region is located in the Golden Horseshoe Region of Southwestern Ontario, and it lies between the shores of Lake Ontario to the north and Lake Erie to the south.
The Niagara Region is a place where memories are made. Thousands of tourists visit here yearly for a number of fantastic attractions in this area. For one, Niagara Falls itself is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World and North America’s largest waterfall. Tourists love to ride the world-famous ‘Maid of the Mist’ into the falls while the town of Niagara Falls also has many haunted houses for children, the Skylon Tower observation deck, Weekly fireworks over the Falls, Niagara’s Skywheel, MairneLand, the Niagara Casino and so much more. Niagara-on-the-Lake is another great attraction in the area and it is a charming little town full of character and cultural events.
