TRICK OR TREES: Uncover Your Creeks and Planting at King’s Park
Take action to improve the health of your local watershed with citizen-science activities taking place across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and help ensure our waterways remain a vital and functioning part of the urban ecosystem.
• Monitor water quality
• Help manage invasive species in the local ecosystem
• Plant native plants
• Learn about the local ecology of your watershed
Volunteer and increase biodiversity and local wildlife habitat of King's Park in Mississauga by nurturing native trees and shrubs with Evergreen, Toronto and Region Conservation and the City of Mississauga.
Saturday, October 29th
Event will run rain or shine. Please dress according to the weather. Long pants and sturdy footwear are recommended.
