Inside Ride 2016 fundraiser for childhood cancer

On Saturday, June 4 at Playdium Mississauga, our charity Ontario Parents Advocating for Children with Cancer (OPACC) held our sixth annual Inside Ride event in support of childhood cancer awareness and fundraising. A number of teams showed up to ride stationary bikes to fun music in an energetic atmosphere full of family fun and positivity! All proceeds raised from this event go to OPACC to continue our 20+ years work of supporting families of children and teens with cancer throughout Ontario. Together, we raised nearly $5,000 and counting!

We would like to thank all of our wonderful teams and volunteers - there would be no event without you! Congratulations to the top teams who won medals for Best Team Spirit (Connor's Champions), Best Team Costume (Kitchener Waterloo Parent Support Group), Top Team Mileage (Connor's Crazies), and the Top Fundraising Team (Susan's Team OPACC)!

Sincere gratitude to the Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation and their sponsors; Playdium for hosting the event; Rogers TV for covering the event; and St. John Ambulance for providing the medics.
