A Day in the Life of Leslieville Book Launch a Great Success!
On Sept 15th, Diane Walton launched her photo book after a year long photo project, A Day in the Life of Leslieville, at The Vandenberg House - 1400 Queen St. E. Great food was supplied by two local outfits, Sandy Aleksander and Raise The Root, both on Queen St. in Leslieville. Friends and neighbours came out to celebrate the occasion and buy a book!
To purchase a book, there are 3 stores in Leslieville currently selling them - Home James at 998 Queen St. E (near Carlaw), Sandy Aleksander at 1138A Queen St (near Jones) and Kustom Life, on Queen St. just west of Greenwood. The books are 9"X 11", 180 pages, glossy colour/B&W, $50. A great time capsule of the neighbourhood, they would make a great gift or personal memento.
