Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a free, 8 week program especially useful in managing difficult, persistent emotion. MBCT combines the ideas of cognitive behavioral therapy with meditative practices and attitudes based on the cultivation of mindfulness.
This group meets once per week on Tuesday afternoons. The first class is February 25 and last class is April 14.
