Kensington Market is a small neighbourhood of Toronto that is bordered by Spadina Avenue, College Street, Bathurst Street and Dundas Street West. It is located in the heart of Toronto sandwiched between Chinatown to the east, the Annex to the north, Little Italy to the west and King West Village to the south.
Kensington Market is probably one of the most vibrant, eccentric and soulful areas of Toronto. It is a very colourful area replete with wonderful vintage shops, delicious international food and great outdoor markets. Kensington Market is popular amongst Torontonian’s and tourists alike and it’s one of those areas of Toronto where you just don’t know what to expect day-to-day. Dotted with old Victorian homes and eclectic cafes, some of the busiest streets in Kensington are Nassau Street, Baldwin Avenue and Augusta Avenue.
