Get out Chair and on the table. Years of sitting on a chair and slouching can cause havoc to our bolides that are not designed to be sitting on chairs for extended hours. In the long run this can lead to several postural problems. If you are one of those who have started experiencing issues; or are experiencing in past few years, act now to learn to strengthen the supportive muscles that have borne the brunt of out carelessness.
Qi-Yog is coming with a new release this fall with a program tailored specifically to address these issues. We will also be working on past successful program for working on balance.
Program is offered on first come first served basis starting Monday 19th September at 6.30 or 7.00 pm. at Faith Lutheran Church - East Hamilton and Thursday 29th September at Grace Lutheran Church - West Hamilton for 10 weeks only. Seats are limited due to space constraints.
