
CARDINALS HOME OPENER POSTPONED BY POOR FIELD CONDITIONS
Sunday afternoon’s Intercounty Baseball League game between the Hamilton Cardinals and Burlington Herd at Bernie Arbour Stadium has been postponed due to poor field conditions. As of this time there is no date to reschedule the game.
Hamilton will next take to the field on Thursday night when they travel to Nelson Park in Burlington to face the Herd starting at 7:15 PM. The game will be broadcast live on Cable 14. The Cardinals will try for a second time to hold their home opener the next night, Friday May 26th, when the Toronto Maple Leafs make their first visit of the season. Game time on Friday is 7:30 PM.
