Through the Centre for Mindfulness Studies Guelph Satellite site, Learn practical ways to manage anxiety and prevent the relapse of depression. MBCT is an evidence-based 8 week group program for preventing depressive relapse, and reducing stress and anxiety. This 8 week program is recommended for people coping with anxiety or depression.
