Yoga and music – Nathan Phillips Square
The City of Toronto invites you to take a wellness lunch break with family, friends and co-workers and enjoy Yoga in the Square. Led by instructor Charlotte Singmin, this free event takes place on Wednesdays from June 12 to September 11 (excluding June 26, July 3 and August 7), noon – 12:30 p.m., Nathan Phillips Square, 100 Queen St. W., weather permitting. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and sunscreen protection.
Stick around the square to enjoy live music (12:30 – 1:30 p.m.) as part of City Hall Live – a program that provides local artists the opportunity to showcase their contribution to the diverse and varied wealth of music that is Toronto.
