Yoga has many benefits such as increasing flexibility, improving breathing, helping with balance and helping one to live a healthy and stress free lifestyle. Using the aid of a chair, our yoga instructor will guide you through a series of movements. Poses are done seated or the chair is used for support during standing poses and bends. Registration begins June 18 from 9:30am-11:00am in person, and June 18 at 11:00am by telephone at 905-885-2626 ext. 280. The cost for all 9 classes is $27.
