Alcohol is still, by far, the most significant drug for impaired driving and causes most of the fatal motor vehicle collisions. James Wigmore, internationally recognized forensic toxicologist and published author, will discuss how the breathalyzer works, and the simple pharmacokinetics of alcohol.
