Girls Fitness & Leadership Program (Ages 10+)
Our (Girls Only) Youth Fitness & Leadership Workshop is a fun, fitness and wellness based program providing a non-competitive, engaged environment. We offer more than a dance or sport specific program; we educate on the fundamentals of fitness, wellness & nutrition along with building confidence, leadership, self esteem and learning how to cope with social influences.
Main topics of discussion throughout our program:
• Cyber Bullying
• Body Image
• Importance of Physical Activity & Fitness
• Interactions with friends, family and teachers
• Stress, anxiety, confidence, self-esteem
Fitness classes include:
• The Ultimate Obstacle Course
Program is every Thursday from Sept 15th - Nov 17th
