The tightly populated area is officially divided into two neighbourhoods: Mount Pleasant West and Mount Pleasant East.
Mount Pleasant West is situated to the west of Mount Pleasant Road, north of Merton, east of Yonge Street, and south of Keewatin Avenue.
Mount Pleasant East is surrounded by Bayview Avenue to the east, Moore Avenue to the south, Yonge Street to the West, and Blythwood Road to the north.

Davisville Village's prime shopping district is on Mount Pleasant Road. It is known as Mount Pleasant Village where you will find some of Toronto's best restaurants and cafes as well as specialty food shops. Yonge Street, Eglinton Avenue and Bayview Avenue are also offering some pleasant shoping.
Davisville Park is the social and recreational centre of this area. During the day, it is a swarm of activity around the playground and wading pool.
