Simplified Tai Chi - Beginners
Tai chi is a system of gentle exercise based on the principle of effortless breathing, rhythmic movement and weight balance. It gives attention to muscular strength, flexibility, breathing, relaxation, endurance and mental focusing. This class is once per week on Wednesdays.
The cost is $36 for 12 weeks, or $3 per class. If cost is a concern please speak with us as we do not want the cost to be the reason that you are unable to participate.
