
Little Korea
Koreatown is just outside the downtown core, situated on Bloor Street West – one of Toronto’s main arteries between Markham and Christie Streets.
The fairly young neighbourhood presents the yearly Dano Festival, where visitors can spectator amazing martial arts demonstrations, exotic dancing and music.
The area is also common as Little Korea, and is the business hub for most Korean-owned companies, stores, and services.
The Koreatown grace is around with flavour and fashion. The cuisine in this Toronto neighbourhood is thoroughly inspired out of Asia. The area has some of the best Korean restaurants in all of Toronto.
Koreatown features boutiques with vibrant Korean fashions, sushi bars, barbecue, vegetarian rastaurants,Korean and English bookstores and jewellery stores.
The neighbourhood has billiard lounges, a couple of clubs, and a movie theatre.
