Perth County

Perth County is located in the heart of Southwestern Ontario, 100 kilometers (62 mi) west of Toronto.

The county seat is at Stratford, which is divided from the county but within its geographic boundary. This is a vibrant, rich agricultural community, varied in its heritage and culture. The County is aiming to efficiently and measurably deliver excellent services and work to strengthen the capacity of the local municipalities that Council represents.

Perth County lays claim to some of the province’s richest and most plentiful farmland. It is a place where opulent, rural farmland and back country roads intersect with arts and culture.
