Hillcrest Village is a small neighbourhood in North York that is located at the northern edge of Toronto. It sits on the eastern border of the Don Valley on the Davenport escarpment. It runs from Steeles in the north to Finch in the south and from Leslie Street in the west to Victoria Park in the east.
Hillcrest Village is a predominantly Chinese neighbourhood and its main commercial vein extends along St. Clair Avenue from Christine Street all the way to Winona Drive. In 1984, Hillcrest Village became a Business Improvement Area and it is now a great neighbourhood of Toronto in which to shop, eat and listen to live music.
