Henman-Rose Sideroad at CrossCurrents Café
On Friday, May 20th, the group henman-rose sideroad took the stage at CrossCurrents Café in Bolton, presented by CrossCurrents Caledon (http://crosscurrentscaledon.com/).
David Henman is a singer, songwriter and guitarist who performs 100% original material with his partner Rosemarie Bell. David is one of the founding members of April Wine. One of his songs, “Drop Your Guns”, was a top-40 hit in Canada. In 2010 David was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.
David and Rosemarie were joined by bassist Wolf Hassel (Sheriff, Alias, Frozen Ghost), percussionist Eddie M Cromwell and pianist Paul Zurin (Paul Zurin Orchestra). The evening also featured magician Magic Matt. This show, which marked the one-year anniversary of CrossCurrents Caledon, broke all previous attendance records, and henman-rose sideroad were rewarded with a standing ovation.
